Robert has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. He has worked on everything from shopping centers to hardwood floors. Some of his work was featured in the Riverside Newspaper and Palm Springs Magazine. Robert has a General Contractor's License for California, as well as a C29 in Masonry. He is a member of CREIA and is a CPI (Certified Professional Inspector), which is the highest CREIA inspector status. He is also a member of ASHI and has performed thousands and thousands of inspections since 1998. Robert was recently president of the San Gabriel Valley chapter of CREIA. |

Michael is a favorite among both buyers and agents and is frequently requested. He is an ASHI member (American Society of Home Inspectors) and performs the inspection in compliance with ASHI Standards of Practice. Michael's career in the construction industry began in 1992 with a large, Los Angeles based construction company that built and remodeled financial institutions. He rose to regional manager after only a year. He has since branched out in other fields ranging from electrical work to skylight installations. His attention to detail, communication skills, professionalism and knowledge of the construction industry make him a real asset to Alliance and we feel fortunate to have him on our team. |
